WebI have found a solution that works, but is a bit stressful. You put the "new cards per day" to 0 and increase by 5 when you're at 8-10 cards in learning. Limiting the number of learning and reviews per day really defeats the point of using anki altogether. You must do all of your reviews each day for it to be effektive.
