Here's what we've tried so far: Change Mail Days to Sync to 'no limit' on iOS (resolved the issue for the 4th user, but no others) Set the IMAP Path Prefix to 'INBOX' (this option does not exist under settings for any of the other users) WebApr 11, 2024 · As a test, we have also added the Outlook app to the device OUTSIDE of the management.
