WebOur 5th Annual Black History Month Celebration at the Black Scranton Project Center for Arts & Culture (BSPCAC), located at 1902 N. Main Ave., Scranton, PA, from 2-5pm. We invite the public to meet us at the BSPCAC to reflect, honor and celebrate the pivotal roles in shaping national identity and culture, followed by a local history exhibition.
