Northernmost city in lower 48 states
WebAccording to Wikipedia, Sumas Washington is the northernmost incorporated point in the lower 48 states. I am visiting Bellingham in February, which looks to be a reasonable drive from Sumas. But Sumas appears to be quite a ghost town! I've been unoffically trying to get to the most extreme points in the US. Hence, the reason for my question.
