Webb27 juni 2024 · arrow keys not working (supportassist troubleshooting shows the hardware is fine) So my arrow keys suddenly stopped working. Can't live without them. I tried to troubleshoot with different solutions with scroll lock and num lock and everything. Lastly, I tried to use SupportAssist troubleshooting for keyboard hardware. WebbFinal Mouse Phantom stopped working. Hey guys turned on my computer this morning and was working fine until suddenly the mouse stopped tracking. I can left click, right click, the scroll wheel only moves the screen up no matter which direction I scroll it, and the tracking stopped working all together. I plugged in another mouse and it works fine.
